Return Policy / Warranty

At Planet Diamonds, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the best lab-grown diamonds and fine jewelry that are held to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. All of our jewelry is manufactured in the United States using the best materials and are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. Repairs or service done by any other jeweler other than Planet Diamonds will void the warranty.

If you think your item has a defect, you may return the item for us to inspect within 15 days of purchase. After inspection, if your item is determined to be damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or substitute it without additional cost to you. Any other repairs will be quoted for your approval.  

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to Planet Diamonds within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked, including free return shipping. Items must be in original condition and packing material and not be worn. Items returned after 30 days will have a 10% restocking fee deducted from their refund.

Please email info@planetdiamonds.com for a return authorization number and shipping label. Packages cannot be accepted without a valid RA#.

Priority overnight delivery by 10:30 am for $35
